Enord UAV Solutions: Drone Pilot Terms & Conditions

Plain-English terms for booking a drone pilot service with Enord UAV Solutions. Please read before booking. By ticking the agreement box at checkout, you accept everything below.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the “Client”) and Enord UAV Solutions (“we”, “us”), for any drone pilot service you book.

2. What we provide

  • We plan, fly, and deliver the aerial photos and/or video agreed for your booking.
  • Exact deliverables (number of images, video length) are as quoted or agreed for your job.
  • We fly in full compliance with CASA rules and hold the accreditation required to operate commercially.

3. Weather and rescheduling

  • Drone work depends on safe flying conditions. If weather or safety means we cannot fly, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery by a fixed date when conditions are outside our control.
  • The decision on whether it is safe to fly on the day rests with us as the operator.

4. Site access and permissions

  • You are responsible for providing safe site access and letting us know of any hazards.
  • Some locations need permission from CASA, the landowner, or local authorities. We will advise where this applies, and any required permissions are arranged before the job.

5. Payment and deposit

  • A deposit of $500 secures your booking.
  • If you cancel your booking, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • If your job goes ahead, the deposit is returned to you once the job is completed and your invoice is paid in full.
  • The balance is invoiced after the job and is payable on receipt.
  • Final photos and video are released once payment is made in full.

6. Cancellations

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • If you cancel your booking, your $500 deposit is not refunded.

7. Image rights and usage

  • Once you have paid in full, you have a licence to use the delivered images and video for your intended purpose.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Enord UAV Solutions keeps copyright in the work and may use it to promote our business (portfolio, website, social media). Tell us before the job if your project is confidential and you would prefer we did not.

8. Privacy

We may capture identifiable people or property. We handle imagery and your personal details in line with Australian privacy law, and will not share your project details without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding what you paid. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Before you book, please understand:

  • Your job depends on safe weather and flying conditions, and may be rescheduled.
  • You are responsible for providing safe site access and flagging any permissions needed for the location.
  • Your $500 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, and is returned after the job is completed and paid in full.
  • Final images and video are released after full payment.
  • Enord UAV Solutions retains copyright and may use the work for promotion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • By ticking the agreement box and booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
